Today, VIVIT led worship for Providence Academy (the school that Josh and Brandon go to). It was such an amazing experience. Everyone has started school.There are still lessons with Neil Greenhaw on Mondays, but practices have been limited to just Fridays because of the hectic academic and activity schedule... soccer, basketball, track, etc. Lauren is continuing vocal and acoustic lessons. The band has been learning more praise and worship songs to prepare for the upcoming school season. Not only have they been playing at their church, but they are looking at playing for their schools chapel time. This has been a fun, busy summer with several performances behind them. The experience has been enriching.The band has also enjoyed going through the books listed on the right side-bar.

The band is prayerfully and actively working on a fund raiser for a platoon of 50 plus soldiers in Iraq. This group of soldiers need hot weather shirts that are flame resistant and help cool the body, international phone cards to allow them to call home, as well as several other needs.
